THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER CHILLING IN MANUFACTURING

Having precise and constant cooling is critical for accelerating and improving production processes in the modern industry. Process chillers cool industrial machinery that requires uncontaminated cooling fluid and precise temperature control.

In a recent blog post, Parker introduces their own Hyperchill Plus industrial water chiller that guarantees precise and accurate temperature control. The low-cost operating process chiller is “compact, easy to use, safe and reliable in all operating conditions,” with a wide range of options available that make it a flexible solution for any industrial application demands.

Unlike cooling and climate control systems that control temperature and humidity level, process chillers are compression water cooling units that can be subdivided into air-cooled and water-cooled. Not only do process chillers provide constant precision of the output water temperature in all atmospheric conditions, but they also keep the fluid clean, preventing harm to the user.
